By accessing and using this site, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. In addition, by using these particular services, you will be subject to any applicable rules or usage guidelines posted for those services. Legal Age to use this website
The age allowed to use our website is 18 years old in Mexican territory. If you are under age you must leave the website. By opening and browsing the website you declare that you comply with this condition.
Online Store
By purchasing in our online store, you acknowledge that physical items are only sold in Mexican territory. Prices are shown in Mexican Pesos (MXN).
If the physical product we send you has a defect, we can schedule a refund and a return of the merchandise. You will need to drop it off at a courier office of the company we work with that is most convenient for your location. Once we receive the product back, we will issue a refund.
Intellectual Property
The site and its original content (including photographs and images), features and functionality are the property of Samuel Velasco and are protected by international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
Tastings and Palenque Visits
Tastings bookings. If you book an experience, you can cancel and ask for a 100% refund if it is before 48 hours before the class starts. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the class, you can request a partial refund of 50% of the price paid. In case of refund (total or partial), the commissions of the payment platforms are charged to the customer.
In the case of Palenque visits, the deposit payment is non-refundable. It is required that before making your reservation and payment you contact us to corroborate the total price of your visit and the number of attendees. Payment of the total settlement must be made in person on the day of the event, either in cash or by bank transfer or through our payment platforms.
The recipes used and provided for the classes are collective property and their use is exclusively personal. Commercial use for restaurants or other commercial projects is not permitted.
Payment Methods
We accept Paypal (paypal.com) and credit cards with a third-party named Stripe (stripe.com). Their own terms and conditions apply during the payment process.
Shipment
In the case of physical shipments, we will use the most convenient and secure private parcel service at our discretion. The responsibility for the handling of the packages will be entirely the responsibility of these companies. Should there be any inconvenience with them, we will make every effort on our side to make clarifications and claims on behalf of our clients. This does not count as legal representation.
Invoicing
All prices include IVA (VAT - Value Added Tax in Mexican jurisdiction) and we have to declare and pay it to the Mexican tax authorities. If you require a CFDI (digital invoice) with your tax information, you can let us know after you place your order so we can prepare and send it to you digitally. This only applies to Mexican customers or residents registered with the Tax Administration Service (SAT). If you require a sales receipt, it is your responsibility to let us know after booking a service or purchasing a product.
Updates to Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify these terms when we consider it convenient. Your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to such terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy, we will update the modification date on the policy. If there are any changes to our site regarding how we use our customers' personally identifiable information, we will send an e-mail notification to those affected by the change.
