Really special tasting experience with Samuel in his tasting room just outside of Oaxaca Centro. He has an expansive knowledge of mezcal & we spent the 2 hours not just tasting but also learning about the history of mezcal, the different regions where it is produced in Mexico, the different styles of distillation, and what gives each it's unique taste. Samuel is a super kind and genuine host. Definitely recommend this tasting!
